Helados Dulce Placer is engraved with Ecuadorian identity, from its location to its flavours, it is tradition turned into ice cream. This ice cream parlour is located in one of the most historic and beautiful streets: La Ronda. So after enjoying this area’s architecture, you can go inside to taste some amazing and crazy options. Most of us are familiar with this names and tastes, but in ice cream? They are a true surprise. Just to name a few they have caca de perro (sugar coated peanuts), caña manabita, humitas con coffee, pan with nata and coffee, espumilla, chicha, pajaro azul, zhumir sandía, consecration wine, manicho and many many more. They are constantly rotating in flavours, so you can try something new in each visit.
The place itself is also very cute, located at the second floor of a colonial house; it has views of the colourful places around. And now they also have a food truck (more van than truck), so make sure to keep an eye out for them!
